Craig is a DevOps Engineer at PassEntry, an API-first digital wallet provider. His role focuses on building and maintaining systems that are reliable, scalable, and compliant in demanding production environments, supporting a high-traffic Rails API and its associated tooling.

Before entering tech, Craig worked as a professional musician and music teacher. In 2022, he transitioned into software engineering through the Le Wagon bootcamp, where he was first introduced to Rails. After completing the program, he joined Uptimelabs as a Software Engineer. Uptimelabs’ microservices architecture and its heavy reliance on dynamically creating and destroying infrastructure as part of the customer experience exposed him to tools such as AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and Argo CD.

In 2024, Craig moved into DevOps, combining his development background with a passion for infrastructure, reliability, and operational excellence, while taking on new challenges around scalability, multi-tenancy, and compliance.
